All Los Angeles nonprofits are invited to join Dr. Lucy Jones on April 13th at 1pm for a special virtual forum for nonprofit leaders (staff & boardmembers) on managing our current pandemic disaster.
Presented in partnership with the Center for Nonprofit Management, Southern California Leadership Network, Valley Nonprofit Resources, and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, this forum will include virtual break-out sessions for attendees and insights from Dr. Jones on what's happening with the virus in LA County and what we've learned from previous disasters that will help us get through it.
Outcomes for nonprofit leaders who attend include:
- Understanding the impact of this crisis on the way society will function & the role of nonprofits in the post-pandemic L.A.
- The Identification of opportunities for collaboration and community building among attendees
- Tools to manage the human aspects of the disaster, including our fears, anxiety, and search for answers
Please join us by registering here, and please share this important and informative conversation with other nonprofit leaders in L.A..
Please visit the Dr. Lucy Jones Center webpage for more information on registration, upcoming Forum sessions and recordings of past sessions. Thanks also to all our partners for making this program a success, as listed on our website.
